I helped on-board Toyota to a new agency (The&Partnership). Previously, Toyota had several different agencies across Canada for each region, and another agency Nationally. I oversaw bringing them together under one agency, collaborating with the creative team to create templates for the new look, organized all the assets, and set up the studio process.
